The following are strictly prohibited at the Newburgh Jazz Series site:
Newburgh Jazz Series management reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone in violation of these polices. Bags and vehicles may be subject to search.

We do NOT have wheelchairs available. There is a handicap accessible parking area available by concert area. There are also accessible restrooms. This is a first come first serve event, therefore there are no reserved wheelchair spaces. Please note: the Newburgh Jazz Series does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service. Please bring attendants, if needed.
What do I do in the event of an emergency?
The first aid station will be available at The Wand. There will be volunteers available to assist with minor emergencies and Mobile Life will be on standby for more serious emergencies.
Can I make reservations for the concerts?
The entire music series is free and open to the public and there will be no reservations or tickets available.
Is seating available?
Chairs are available for rent at $10. $5 will be refunded upon chairs’ return. The audience may sit/stand on the grass or boardwalk. You are also welcome to bring lawn chairs or blankets.
What if it rains?
In the event of inclement weather, the concerts will be held at the Ritz Theater, 111 Broadway, in the City of Newburgh. Bring your chairs, blanket and picnic inside this wonderful historic space. For location confirmation or updates, check the site after 4:00 P.M.
Do you help concertgoers with booking hotels and making reservations?
Visit Orange County Tourism for nearby hotels We anticipate the Newburgh Jazz Series will be very popular and expect a high demand for hotel rooms. We advise making reservations as soon as possible.
Is there anything else to do in the area?
The Newburgh waterfront has many excellent restaurants. For other restaurants and things to do, Orange County Tourism is a useful resource.
